                           My waist

Shaking

Catatonic movement Shackled by the place

Ties between the astral and me

Moving dead weight beyond my body

Shawn and cut and thrust by madness

Deafening beeps from their teeth
Cost shouting men

Price gouging meat

Blood draining from my neck

No one can see me

I’m just a pawn

Waiting to be sacrificed
Dreams are a solution but also a problem

A twisted labrynth of demons and angels

Shadows eat me and sleep cannot be me

Claws thrusting from the maw
She snakes on my shapes and shadow my deathbed

I’m dark and cut up on the places

I’m trapped on this table
Cables and writing

Fables and lighting

Feisty and angry and blank
I’m myself and not

I’m going through knots

Down and down and down

Cloud and ground

Clouds change

Like white sheets in the wind

Sometimes they hold rain

Throw down lightning and hail

Then wispy little ones like scales on a fish

Sun comes in this sky

Changes it heat from day to day

Through the clouds

They eat her rays gladly

Wind chases them like a little child chases butterflies

Ground is changed by these clouds

Hit ground with rain and plants come through the pavement

Hit the ground with hot dry sun

Hit the ground with mist

A succulent kiss on the ground from the clouds

Impart said the speckled frog

Impart, impart, impart
Said the speckled frog

I’m walking in this soft moist bog

And a Willy wag tail squeaks

Be curt be curt be curt and cerful, thicker bushes

I squelch and simmer in the heat and avoid the bushes

A duck startles me

Map! Map? Map!

I check and see I’m indeed of course

Onwards to the swamp gums on the bank a kookaburra yells

Crockcrockacrockaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

I hasten my retreat and avoid the area and get to my destination

Their in a little clearing is a old wise serpent whom I’m sure will tell me more I need to know

The way of the stone

(I)
I became
stone inlaid
concrete part
of building us up

but I ask
for my half
my spirit is trapped inside

we are separated
by stone thats fake
by something that has no face

although created by
our hands
the way of the stone
was the way of a man

Ignored the teasing
ignored the hurt
build up the shield upon the hearth
protect all that is true
the way of the stone
is the way for you

I silence
born in fire
icy pinnacles
forest monster

(II)

Start but don’t
realize whats not
a gaze of a basilisk
medusas assumes
and you are immune
to her fast gaze

store inside you
all around you
the heavy rain that falls

those who walk on you
creep besides you
examine inside your hart

we are separated
by stone thats fake
by something that has no faith

berried beneath me
are those of ages past
and I will outlast
all your enemies and all your friends
as I am stone
and who may never end

(III)
I am beneath
A great tree
and on me it is written

nothing that can makes sense to you
nothing that you understand
nothing that has a means or ends
nothing that speaks of wisdom

the only
words
that you
can see
are those of those
who came after me
perhaps they are
writing on my surface
I store forever
mysteries of knowledge
but only I know truth

and that is enough to make
you realize that you cannot contain
the power that comes from
the way of the stone

(IV)
A stone
dreams forever
lost like a feather
fallen on the ground
marked on me from
ages past
and you dig me up
and find me

bring me to light
so that you can take a closer look
at what I have preserved
notice how its not at all
like anything else
you ever observed

natures call is natures beckon
the stone realizes that she
is not going to bring us reckon
she is the life
that makes it worth while
being a stone on a slippery isle

(V)
I
watch
I
wait
I
see a glance

a glacier comes across me
tears me a part
the wind erodes me
moss corrodes me
the monkeys use me as a tool
and even make more of me

if you think
that I am divine
you are sadly wrong
only a part
of a longer path
does a stones way know

my body is a mystery to all
and worth exploring
but as all have seen
and all may find that
I am only that thing
we can’t decide
the unknown knows and at last
you will discover that the way of the stone
is a part of everyones path

Will it

Will it pour down through it

 It’s also gone wrong

Inside the house and prong

Is it difficult pain? Yes

Black slick pain that thins like oil

Rainbow death on the street

Generally winter weather has begat the blight

Hammers on my bone

I’m a little think

Assuming the article

Defines the fashion of mattocks

Sods of lava mirth

Brazen just faced

Tempory effervescence of pink clouds

I eat only at dawn and dusk

Simple little bits

Like cotton candy in colour but like iced blood in taste

I don’t love or hate it
They see me sometimes

Faster and quick I’ll be

Bites of clouds they think

Nothing simple as the most beautiful things to see in the sky
It’s my only food now

Since the storm clouds left in autumn

They taste like lemons and crime

I love them, more than flying on the sky
